I recently read something that I wrote for myself that I perceived God was saying back in March. And the thing he stated to me did happen, has happened. At this point believing God should be the order of the day, but I still get scared that maybe this time around I heard wrong, maybe this time around he won’t come through. But as I read the few sentences that I wrote of what God was saying, I remember how Peter got out of the boat to walk on water towards Jesus. And suddenly the wind became boisterous, and he got scared and began sinking. However, I want to encourage you and I today that he is faithful to not let us drown. He is invested in our success, in our reaching our expected end. He’s invested because it’s for His glory. Whatever is taking place, he is not oblivious to it. It’s all going to work together to be a blessing to you. He will make all things work together for your good. We have to believe that and be steadfast and immovable, trusting that the picture will become clearer as we persevere. As the month has ended, I have been wondering about some things and what the road ahead looks like, but I’m choosing to believe that he who has begun a good thing will bring it to its expected end. Everything will be ok.
